This DVD did not have closed caption or subtitle to allow deaf people like me to like it. Am disappointed.
“Iron Man: Armoured Adventures” did NOT believe me with confidence when it first came to light. After the expansive success of the live-action movie, the news that the series would be presenting Tony Stark as a teenager seemed an unnecessary storytelling scheme (the movie didn’t need to obtain the character younger in order to sell him to a younger audience, why should the cartoon? ), and compounding that was the fact that it harkened abet to a very unpopular period from the character’s history in the mid-90s, when he was replaced with a teenage version of himself. After all, by removing the adult Stark from the equation, you lift the opportunity to explain some of his greatest stories, like the seminal, alcohol-fuelled “Demon in a Bottle”, or his many tales of loves lost and won. The concurrent age-regression of many of his supporting cast like James Rhodes, Pepper Potts and Gay Hogan was a gross accompanying shock, albeit a neeeded one to obtain the ensemble work. The discovery that his arch-enemy, the Mandarin, recieved the same treatment, however, was very nearly the last straw for me, as this objective wasn’t *necessary* the arrangement it was with his friends and allies. What was next, I wondered? The Melter, science geek who creates a raygun in the shcool lab? Whiplash, sports jock well-known for his locker-room rat-tails? Fin Fang Foom, cabin boy of an alien spacecraft, able only to breathe flame when he sneezed? Top it all off with some flat-out homely cel-shaded CGI animation, and redesigns of supervillains that made them glance nothing like themselves, and I resolved that “Armored Adventures” was not the present for me.

And then… it… got… Suited. Barrelling through all of my greivances, the indicate began juggling multiple ongoing plotlines (Tony’s struggle to reclaim his company from Obadaiah Stane, Tony and the Mandarin’s quest for the Makluan rings, the war between the Mandarin’s Tong and the criminal Maggia, the terrorists of AIM working on their MODOK project…), brought in guest characters from all over the Marvel universe, forging all the character relationships I expected and *wanted* to glimpse (Pepper’s crush on Tony, Tony and Rhodey’s strained relationship over Tony’s lying and manipulation), and made the absolute *most* it possibly could of Iron Man’s admittedly limp rogue’s gallery (you’ve got the Mandarin, and everyone after that is C-level at best), refraining from de-age-ing any characters achieve for Madame Masque, and eventually even refining their beget process so that characters like the Ghost, the Murky Knight and the Shadowy Panther *looked like* their comic-book selves, where Mandarin, Blizzard, Whiplash and Crimson Dynamo had been unrecognizable, uninspired jumbles of indistinct armor. Breaking down every barrier that stood in its procedure, even those very barriers that were built into the show’s basic conception, “Armored Adventures” has absolutely succeeded in being a pleasant version of Iron Man, and a big superhero cartoon that easily outstrips its contemporary, “Wolverine and the X-Men,” in my book. It’s not quite “The Spectacular Spider-Man”, but it’s a country mile better than some of the other keen offerings Marvel has given us over the years.
So, if you have any of the hang-ups about the note that I did when it began that have kept you from watching it, do yourself a favour and give it another try. The two-part pilot throws a lot of the concepts that you may have peril with at you all at once, but it’s all uphill from there. Definitely reccommended!

I’m not a mammoth fan of romantic comedies, because they are all the same, you know two magnificent girls fighting for the appreciate of that lucky guy, however SCHOOL RUMBLE dares to be different. This is a romantic comedy but its humor can be compare to my all time approved NINJA NONSENSE, no it doesn’t have innuendo but it delivers lots of healthy doses of humor.

Kenji Harima the bad-ass loner who is in adore of Tenma Tsukamoto the innocent cute girl of the class, but she is in worship of the weirdo of the class and the weirdo is in treasure of … who knows.
School Rumble is a fun high-tail of pure nonsense, there isn’t an omega state, no character development, no mecha, No magic, Nada, Unbiased lots of that dazzling and clever humor from Japan.

Intro:
School Rumble is an anime series about high school life. The series has many characters and that is one of the novel features of this anime. There is a lot of parody of other animes within the series so those who stare anime frequently will explore this while watching the series whereas as casual viewers will have no clue. Unto the review!
Pro:
This is the first dvd which introduces the main cast of characters and the region of the series. Here is the list of main characters: Harima, Tenma, Eri, Mikoto, Akira, Hanai, Yakumo, Karasuma. Each character has a recent feature and that is the main selling point of this anime series. Magnets included with the DVD and with every DVD released so far!
Con:
The dvd focuses on Tenma and Harima, whereas the other characters are not emphasized. The 5 episodes are mostly focused on Tenma and Harima, whether they can confess their feelings to the person they like, ravishing noteworthy this is repeated throughout the dvd (other volumes have other stories to go along with this; reason why I deducted stars for dvd 1) . Only those who know about anime or read the School Rumble manga (or regular manga readers) will understand the inside jokes displayed as casual or non anime fans will have no clue to what the jokes mean.
Conclusion:
If you are a fan of school life (particularly high school life) or have read the School Rumble manga then this volume is an absolute grasp for you. Casual viewers and first time viewers will not understand the jokes going on but I will go on say to recommend it as it helps you to understand the Japanese culture and the anime series gets powerful better. Recommended age is 13+ or high school (it makes sense since that’s where the series is taking plot)
P.S. I am a immense fan of school rumble and this review was done fairly for both fan of the series and non-anime viewers.

We recently downgraded to basic cable to build $$$, so I decided to remove some DVDs for after-work/trying to cook dinner/etc. I am writing this review because the product description has a MAJOR ISSUE-It doesn’t say which 3 DVD’s are included in this 3-pack. After reading the other customer review and comments, (why the reviewer didn’t include this info in the first dwelling, I unprejudiced don’t know.) I purchased for my pre-school grandson and it was a stout choice. This DVD area includes the segue from Baby Einstein to Petite Einstein. It has the episode of finding a home for Rocket. If you have npt seen Tiny Einstein you will be satisfied with the affect it has for pre-schoolers. The classical music and graphics are improbable, and large art is piece of the storytelling. My 2 year used grandson could eye and relish Impressionist Art!orks from his exposure to Puny Einstein.

This volume includes all of the movies mentioned. Each DVD allows you to retract whether you would like to sight it in dusky and white or color. Nikelodeon made a top-notch choice by giving Miranda Cosgrove her have indicate. She comes across sweet in this novel techy type series which casts her and her friend Sam as the dynamic duo of the iCarly web indicate. The balance between the girls and Freddie (tech producer of the reveal) is unprejudiced true with Carly’s older brother Spencer adding more humor to the mix.
This dvd includes 13 episodes of the first season and many of them are fun to see. Some of the better episodes include iHatch Chicks which has baby chicks running around Carly’s aparment. iWanna Stop with Spencer, when Carly is almost taken by her grandfather due to Spencer being irresponisble. iScream on Halloween is another approved. Also the iwant a World Portray was a splendid opinion.

The present works well because it mixes regular sit com camera angels along with first person shots when the girls are doing the web display. It gives the viewer the feeling that they are actually watching a web present.
I have to say that I catch the scheme Carly comes across more than the accepted Hannah Montanna note. Hannah Montanna tends to be mean bewitching in several of her episodes which bugs me sometimes. Miley Cirus has lots of episodes where she is getting revenge or is loosing her temper and blowing up. In iCarly Miranda Cosgrove is more reserved and less short-tempered. That role is left to Sam as she picks on Freddie. I would say Carly is similar to how Lizzie Mcgurie was. A gracious kid who messes up sometimes. She learns from her mistakes or is playing peace keeper between Sam and Freddie.
iCarly is worth the impress considering the fact that you are getting 13 episodes. Disney likes to give you 4 or 5 at a time for the same notice. Nickelodeon seems to know what a trustworthy deal is. Hopefully they sustain it that blueprint.
All in all iCarly is a big tween display with a current techy twist. A worthy consume if you like the prove already. A immense choice if you want to try it out. My daughter likes it too. THUMBS UP!
Though past episodes air on a regular basis, this is a nice compilation for children who savor this fun program that typically delivers a subtle message on doing the suitable thing when confronting a scrape.

The video is divided into two sections–a 15 petite abs fraction and a 25 puny legs/side lying series share. It is no-nonsense, and Niece is visibly pregnant while doing everything (apparently effortlessly) and guiding you through it. It’s well-cued, and everything considerable to doing Pilates correctly is covered. You can do this throughout your entire pregnancy.
The toning for your hips, butt, and thighs cannot be overemphasized. My legs glimpse broad, even though I’m 7 months pregnant. And you definitely feel you’ve done a workout–your butt muscle will feel like it’s about to plunge off during the side-lying series. I recommend you sustain the remote halt by so you can cease it and stretch for a longer period of time than what she does after you carry out each side during that series, because you will be feeling the burn!

I was so thrilled to accumulate a prenatal pilates dvd that is well produced and gripping. The length of this is perfect at about 40 min, and it is split into two sections, abdominals and a side and standing leg series. I admire that the abs fragment is modified with blankets/pillows on an incline. The instructor and dwelling are stout too.
I opinion on doing this once or twice a week to quit toned. Highly recommend this one.

Thankfully, I did not have disc problems. I did witness a few minor scratches and expected the worse, but they were dragons I never had to ruin. In regards to drama, this anime is emotionally charged, but in a apt plan.
This is a well conceived anime to the point where you will be pulled through a mammoth range of emotions as a result of how the reveal unfolds. You’ll catch yourself anxious, frustrated, gay, gloomy – the whole gambit. I’m not into spoilers, so I’ll merely say there were points where I almost looked up what happens online because I couldn’t idea the episodes speedy enough – that’s how inspiring it is.

If you assume gundam seed (vol 1 and 2), I (highly) recommend purchasing gundam seed destiny (vol 1 and 2) along with it. Destiny is a lisp sequel to seed and equally as favorable as the first display. I found it highly delectable and inspect forward to any possible fresh gundam series.

The first volume focuses on a young boy named Gon who is rescued by a hunter, Kite.
Kite is looking for another fellow Hunter named Ging Freecss. A man that Kite served as an apprentice for who has a gift of being able to communicate with animals but also a reputation of being one of the greatest hunters ever.
Kite learns that Gon has the same abilities as Ging and wants to learn more about this young boy and discovering that Gon, may be the son of the distinguished hunter.
Gon was told his father died long ago but learns that he is calm alive and immediately wants to follow his father’s footsteps by becoming a hunter and also hoping he can score and meet his father.
A hunter is a person who is granted special privileges in the world. They can slide in areas that the public is not allowed to visit, they can go to establishments without having to pay for it, they have a license to hunt and do other jobs that are only specific to those who have a hunter’s license.
But not everyone can become a hunter. Only a few become hunters and in this case, only one hunter can be chosen. Also, to obtain it more bewitching, only a few manufacture it past clear tests. But for Gon, he is distinct to follow his father’s footsteps and will do what it takes to become a hunter.

Leorio – Gon meets Leorio, a man who wears a business suit and sunglasses who has a hot temper but has a apt heart. VIDEO & AUDIO:
The animation of “HUNTER X HUNTER” has similarities to Togashi’s other common work “Yu Yu Hakusho” in terms of character designs. Also, with the series created support in 1999, you quiz to behold quality of a TV anime series created in the 90s completely different to the digital shiny quality of anime TV series of today. So, you do earn noise on the video as would be expected from an older bewitching TV series.
But for an anime TV series created in the behind 90s, you regain a lot of shading through the backgrounds and dungeon areas. You find to contemplate the exquisite backgrounds painted. The first volume focuses more on the character development on each character and their team dynamics. But with so many episodes smooth left in the series, you can only seek information from that the adventures will become more difficult, spicy and that the storyline will continue to salvage even more wilder and gripping as it progresses.
With the odds against them, instead of working as individuals, the four work as a team despite their differences and with a storyline that features a great balance of humor, action but also some seriousness, “HUNTER X HUNTER” is an delightful adventure-based anime series thus far.
I can’t bear Hunter x Hunter the anime has finally crossed over to the US waters. This is my top most celebrated anime of all time, and the gateway anime that lead me to the anime addiction I now bare.

Those of us who grew up in the seventies will always have fond memories of watching the Corpulent Albert cartoons on CBS-TV; this budget-priced DVD collection features the first dozen episodes as aired in the plunge of 1972. Bill Cosby hosted each reveal and also provided a few of the characters’ voices, but his greatest contribution to the series may have been his insistence on high-quality writing in collaboration with professional educators. Fewer episodes were produced as a result, but the attention to quality made the shows surprisingly durable over seven years of reruns on Saturday morning TV.
Cosby had immense respect for young children, and his segments in the series point to his gift for being able to talk to children without talking down to them. Like a kindly teacher, Cosby addressed his young viewers not as immature troublemakers, but as the young adults they would one day become. This DVD package includes an audio CD of the songs from each episode, but the sound quality is poor; what you’re hearing is the new tinny-sounding TV soundtrack with extra bass added. Sadly, the only scheme you can hear these songs in stereo is to hunt down a copy of the ultra-rare 1973 soundtrack LP. Hopefully, someone will dig up the unique studio tapes for a CD boxed place soon, and I hope it includes the soulful instrumental themes as well.
In its day, the series was widely praised by parents and educators for its distinct portrayal of dismal teenagers as role models for young viewers. Three decades later, these shows are aloof considered the standard by which all other moving series are judged. In fact, I can’t reflect of a cartoon series on the air today that combines education and entertainment as skillfully as the Rotund Albert series. Watching these cartoons again for the first time in 25 years brought befriend many helpful memories from my childhood. I recommend it highly to parents looking for an educational prove that can utter without the preach.

This has the ample stuff from the Golden era. Astronomical stories interwoven with stuff from Cosby’s classic routines, the fabulous songs of the Junkyard Band and the jabber of Micheal Gray (imprint to FA novices-the Junkyard Band was the Cosby Kids band that provided the icy music for the show-and an additional CD of the songs to boot!) memorable characters (Begging Benny, Scrap Iron Yates, Dead Donald’s cousin Betty, Lying Edward, etc.)
“Bewitching,” what I mediate to the their all-time best episode, is included here. In 30 minutes, Albert and crew play out Bill Cosby’s classic BUCK BUCK and GO CARTS routines within the context of the legend, as well as a really magnificent song called “Friends” that holds up well years later.
